At the heart of everything I do is a deep passion for inspiring others to live a more creative and fulfilling life. As someone who is constantly inspired by the world around me, I find that my work is driven by my love of travelling, yoga, meeting new people, and hearing their unique stories.

I am also inspired by Interior Design and Architecture, and how the environment we live in can impact our everyday mood, mind, and feelings. I find endless inspiration in the spaces we inhabit. Whether I am practising yoga or meditating, hiking or swimming in the ocean, watching the sunrise or sunset, I find that the beauty of the world around me inspires me to create and explore new ideas.

At the core of my work is a deep commitment to helping others connect with their own creativity, through practices like yoga, meditation, stillness, and self-inquiry. I believe that everyone has the capacity to be inspired and to live a life that is aligned with their passions and purpose. Through my teachings, I hope to empower others with the tools and techniques they need to tap into their own creativity and live a life that is truly fulfilling.

I have been a photographer for over 10 years and I was first introduced to photography when I was a little girl by my grandpa Jo. He used to write me letters and every letter included a printed photo he had taken on his film camera. He loved photography and his work still inspires my work to this day.

Over the years my photography journey has evolved a lot. I have been lucky enough to live in London, Amsterdam and Canada and work with top brands such as Time Out, Selfridges, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Flight Centre. 

In the beginning of my career I absolutely loved travel photography, photojournalism and fashion.  This has continued to be a common thread through my work and continues to influence my style, even though my niche has changed throughout my career. These days I'm mainly focused on shooting weddings and brand content in my signature editorial and documentary style, influenced by my background in travel and fashion

I love waking up a sunrise, naturally before my alarm (or baby). Early morning walks along the beach. Hiking Mount Coolum. Sunrise yoga and meditation session followed by a warm coffee or chai. (Yes, if you haven't already gathered I'm a morning person).

I am always working on multiple creative projects at once, with my hand in too many creative buckets. 

I also love my partner Adam and our beautiful boy, Sonny. They are my world and my ultimate inspiration.
